Francesca Batestelli Concert

So, for my niece, Sarah's 13th birthday, we surprised her with tickets to a concert. But the real kicker was......she did NOT know what concert she was going to until the concert was starting! It went a little something like this:

Sarah: Um, Aunt Anne, could you please tell me whose concert this is?

Aunt Anne: (looking at watch)..Yep, in about 30 minutes.

Sarah: Aunt Anne who does that paper say is singing tonight?

Aunt Anne: I am not sure, let me just fold it over and you will find out as soon as we get into the building.

...so, you see, I did a pretty good job if I say so myself, on keeping her in the dark about the performer. But, in the end, the suspense was well worth it (at least for me) because when they announced the singer, Sarah's jaw dropped open and she was "frozen" like that for at least a minute...no words, no nothing came out of her mouth!! Hope you had a blast at the concert, Sarah!!!
