The Simple Woman's Daybook: Monday, May 11th
Outside my window... the sun is shining brightly, and reminding me of how hot it is getting here.

From the learning rooms... wrapping up another school year. Amanda will be moving into 8th grade curriculum, and she just moved up into the Jr. High group at church (sigh).

I am thankful for... Larry and Amanda having cleaned my upstairs bathroom for my Mother's Day "gift" {not perfect, but better :) }

From the kitchen... a night of choose what you want to eat. I really need to figure out how to get better on making meals .

I am wearing... black shirt and jean shorts.

I am reading... All Things Possible. It's the story of Kurt Warner - AMAZING.

I am hoping... that I can get most, if not all, my work done so I can have "time" tonight.

I am praying... for God to continue helping us in our financial qualms.

Around the house... all is quiet. Amanda is out of the house on Monday's (a homeschooling break for me), Larry at work, and Albert {the dog} sleeping soundly...ahhhh, peace.

One of my favorite things... blessing other people!

A few plans for the rest of the week... church, Karate, school, watching my nephew's school performance.
