Wow! Am I ever behind with my updates. Guess that could be a good thing because that means I have kept busy; but, not so good, because I have missed recording several events. January was a busy month with my father-in-law's birthday on the 2nd of January, then Larry's birthday on the 3rd, followed by my nephew Joey's 5th birthday on the 4th of January, and then a precious little baby, Alistair, whom I care for in the nursery at church, turned 1 on January 5th. Whew...just typing that is busy! Plus, further in January, my nephew, Dayton, turned 4 on the 19th AND my niece, Evelyn, turned 9 on January 22. On top of all the birthday celebrations for the month, school started back up for me and the course load is heavy (pray for me please), we found out Amanda would require surgery to fix her wrist (bone hitting bone with a tear in the ligament between them), and if this does not make it sound busy enough, Amanda is enrolled in twice-weekly karate class now as she is preparing for her brown belt this summer, I am involved with leading a group of awesome 6th graders at church, plus still working in the nursery Sunday mornings.
