It is amazing how much time and effort really goes into making the yummy candies - chocolate of all different shapes, sizes, etc. The kids had so much fun helping to make candy in the candy molds - they each got to choose their own mold, and then when finished, got to sample the chocolate.
One of the many machines in the factory used to create the delicious chocolate.
Candy molds were one piece we used to create a yummy treat.

The BIG event of the morning was making a CHOCOLATE PIZZA! Each child got to have a "pan" filled with chocolate, and they got to put toppings on their pizza! Each made their own decadent dessert, and hopefully they didn't get too bad a tummy ache when they got home to eat their "pizza".
Here are some pictures from our chocolate factory visit

I would recommend visiting the chocolate factory. They give tours I believe on Mondays at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. It costs $7 per person (if you want to make the chocolate pizza), and we had a coupon to help with the cost too. I highly recommend a visit even if not to make the chocolate pizza, but to find some yummy chocolate to bring home.
